We are seeking candidates for Quality Assurance Support on 2nd shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $21.

This company is a strategic food manufacturer focused on the co-manufacturing, private label, and food service channels throughout the United States.

Founded in 2004, they manufacture top-quality and innovative food products. Among these are a full range of meat snacks, appetizers, assembled sandwiches, fully cooked and raw bacon, corn dogs, USDA baked goods, and other convenience products.

Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, they have more than 3,600 team members and operate thirteen manufacturing facilities in seven states.

What the Quality Assurance Support will do :

• Learn about safe food handling practices
• Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products
• Complete pre-operational inspections each morning and evening, including weekly swabs
• Monitor daily label checks
• Conduct weekly thermometer checks
• Support management decisions, inspire positivity, and encourage a productive work environment

What you need to be the Quality Assurance Support :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months of quality or related experience preferred
• Intermediate level computer skills Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Verbal and written English communication skills
• Knowledgeable of and follow the safety procedures and policies as outlined
• Knowledgeable of safe food handling practices #WEjobhunt
