Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Warranty Cancellation Clerk The role includes processing accounts receivables, processing contract cancellations, refunds, and 3rdparty payments, and will act as a liaison between dealerships, vendors, and customers when processing warranty cancellation requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Accounts Receivable
· Prepares, records, and reconciles payments received
· Process returned checks with check guarantee company
· Completes reconciliation of assigned schedules
· Updates various management spreadsheets daily
· Crosstrain on all other receivable group responsibilities
· Other duties (temporary or ongoing) as assigned
Warranty Cancellation
· Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for contract cancellations
· Post weekly cancellation statements for all Dolan Auto Group stores
· Assist customers with product cancellation questions
· Process customer cancellation refunds and submit payments to 3rd party vendors
· Assist with new product contracts ex. GAP, PPM, EWU
· Process deposits for all Dolan Auto Group stores
· Complete reconciliation of assigned schedules
· Update various management spreadsheets daily
· Crosstrain with all other receivable group responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University in accounting or related degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel.
