MUST
- Must know how to write up Notices to Cease and Notices to Quit for Lease Agreement Violations
- Must be familiar and proficient with use of Google Drive
- Must have proficient business letter writing skills
- Must have office experience
- Must be comfortable in a small family business environment
- Organizational skills a must
- Meticulous eye to detail a must
- Friendly and cheerful disposition
- Must be able to work as a team

JOB ENTAILS
- Performing lot inspections to enforce the Lease Agreement and the Rules & Regulations
- Taking photos of lots for inspections on office tablet
- Writing up Notices to Cease and Notices to Quit
- Using calendar and spreadsheets for follow ups on Notices
- Storing documents in two locations: Google Drive and paper files
- Investigating documents for Lease violations
- Working with Rent Manager, a program for landlords
- Directing tenants who call or walk in to put all requests in writing, as the Lease requires
- Scanning all documents into Google Drive
- Learning new technology
- Collaborating as a team in a respectful and cheerful manner
- Corresponding with all residents via email
- Proofreading and editing skills important
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- Greeting walk-in customers, applicants and tenants
- Documenting all interactions
- Preparing correspondence, documents and emails
- Alerting the managing partner to emergency situations
- Be organized, multi task and use time efficiently
- Good communication skills

- Hourly rate $20.00 $25.00 an hour depending on experience
