We are looking for Hair Stylists or Cosmetologists that have the abundance to learn, grow, and expand positive energy! If you already have experience that is a bonus or just starting this wonderful career we are looking for you!

Job Overview:

This is a percentage based role that offers a unique opportunity for self-driven individuals to showcase their creativity and build a loyal clientele within a vibrant salon environment.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Customer Service - greet every client that comes in always recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes
• Attendance & Punctuality - we expect all stylists to arrive on time to their scheduled appointments
• Client Consultations - break down to every client what they are expected to pay without having any surprises. Identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
• Maintain Station Sanitary & Safe for clients
• Be a Team Player
• Keep an opened mind to learn New Skills & Trends

Qualifications:

• Arizona State Board Cosmetology License
• Self-Motivated
• Customer-Focused
• If you are certified to do any additional services - will also be accepted/talked about in the interview process
