The position offers a base salary dependent on experience, ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Proactively shop insurance renewals to maintain client retention.
Requirement
License Requirements : Preferred candidate would have their Property and Casualty License and previous insurance experience.
Willing to consider the right candidate who is newly licensed or willing to get their license.
- EZLynx experience or experience with other insurance carriers would be a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
- Accurate and efficient in data entry tasks.
