Summary:
Manage all Fiscal Sales, Receipt, Margin and Inventory planning, analysis and reporting for assigned divisions using the JDA Enterprise Planning at the class and the channel group level in order to maximize Shareholder equity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Fiscal Sales, Receipt, Margin and Inventory planning for assigned divisions
- Manage and mentor a Merchandise Planner
- Manage Open to Buy reporting and analysis for assigned divisons
- Manage all in season plan revisions for assigned divisons
- Perform all ad hoc reporting and analysis for sales, margin, receipt and inventory opportunities and risks, including all end of month reporting for assigned divisions
- Perform all sku analysis and recommendations for purchase quantities while maintaining sales, inventory, margin and turnover objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with assigned divisions in order to communicate any opportunities or risks
- Educate and train the divisions assigned to on the JDA Enterprise Planning and the benefits that can be obtained from the use of the software
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Retail Planning experience, preferably with the JDA Enterprise Planning
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Flexible
- Team Player
- Customer Driven
Work Experience &/Or Education:
- College degree preferred (preferably in Retail or Business)
- Retail experience with Planning or Analytical experience preferred
- JDA Enterprise Planning experience
