Dollar Tree has an opening for Parts Clerk on our 1st shift team, supporting Maintenance and Operations. Some duties include: •Purchasing and inventory control for the Maintenance Dept and Operations.
•Familiar with invoicing, ordering, and receiving parts.
•Responsible for maintaining parts cage.
•Create work orders, code invoices, reconcile payments with Corporate Accounts Payable.
•Run reports on status of received items, speak to variances, perform accruals.
•Create work orders to justify the ordering and spend for various parts.
•Sourcing parts that may be difficult to find.
•Back-up to General Manager Assistant
Requirements:•Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel and other systems
•Analytical with good research, problem solving, and organizational skills
•Prior experience in purchasing/inventory environment preferred.
