Doma is looking for a Security Service Desk Analyst to join our team as a contractor working up to 15-20 hours per week. This position is responsible for understanding, identifying, and reporting on the organization's privacy and security requirements.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Conduct incident investigations; respond to escalations and high visibility issues.
- Problem-solve with limited information while collaborating with team members.
- Present information clearly and serve as a liaison between the business and the IT security team.
- Escalate issues for direction or decision as necessary.
- Be a self-starter, identify threats before they become problems.
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field preferred.
- 1 year of work experience in incident response, incident investigations, privacy role, program management, or project management.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with technical and non-technical people.
