Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Handle payroll processing and employee timesheets
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding and training development
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and in hard copy
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management and payroll
- Experience in event planning for company functions or client events
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and bookkeeping
- Strong schedule management skills to coordinate office activities effectively
- Familiarity with human resources practices for employee support
- Prior experience in general administrative and Microsoft Office
- Skilled in calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Experience in vendor management for office supplies and services
