Preferred Qualifications

• Manages a Weekly Retirement Submissions and Worker's Compensation Reporting Load of 125-150 that are a mixture of manual and FTP
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Retirement submissions via manual keying into provider's site for applicable clients
• Verify accuracy of FTP submissions for applicable clients
• Communicate completed manual or FTP submissions in a timely manner to clients for applicable clients
• Refer any client questions or comments to the Retirement and Worker's Compensation Service Specialist
• Limited to no iSolved experience
• Limited to no Benefits or Human Resources experience
• Limited to no knowledge of Retirement and Worker's Compensation Department services
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat attitude.
• Broad knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and tax laws and compliance regulations regarding payroll.
• Must have the ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced, highly complex and deadline-oriented service environment.
• Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues.
