Job Description:
Property Management and Development Company is recruiting for qualified, professional, energetic self-motivated Community Manager to join our management team. Requirements are as follows:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property/Community Multifamily Housing at a Class A or B property
· Proven success in managing day to day operations of multifamily communities
· Positive attitude and sense of humor
· Excellent customer service skills
· Knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention
· Knowledge of all phases of maintenance and apartment turnover
· Experience with budget preparation and financial reporting
· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
· Long Range Planning with capital project experience a plus
· Yardi software and Rentcafe software experience
· Strong oral and written communications
· Ability to attend meetings at the City of Birmingham once a month, if necessary.
Community Description:
Eton Square is 158 Market rate units in the city of Birmingham which are located on two separate pieces of property within two miles of each other. Beautiful residential community that will be undergoing renovation for the next 5 years. We have 1-2 bedroom apartments and 2-3 bedroom townhomes.
