What You’ll Do

• Resident-Centered Care: Our residents are at the heat of everything we do. We are committed to providing personalized, dignified, and holistic care that enhances their well-being and quality of life. We believe in fostering meaningful connections with our residents, valuing their unique life stories, preferences, and needs.
• Manage the Crew: You’ll be the head honcho for our nursing and resident assistant team, making sure everyone’s on the same page and doing their best.
• Team Collaboration: You will be a key collaborator with other team leaders to ensure comprehensive care for our residents. We value teamwork and collaboration among all our staff members. Together, we create a supportive and inclusive work environment where every team member’s contribution is respected and appreciated.
• Healthcare Maven: Team up with doctors and other healthcare pros to give our residents the best care ever. Take care of things like medications and wound care.
• Guardian of Wellness: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. We maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety protocols.

What you Bring:

• Management Experience: Demonstrate minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management experience within a nursing department.
• Healthcare Education: Must possess both a Bachelor’s degree and an active LPN license.
• Hands on Experience: Experience in a long-term care facility is a bonus!
• Commitment to Resident Care: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care that promotes residents’ well-being and dignity.
• Regulations Enthusiast: Possess a deep understanding of federal, state, and local regulations and standards related to assisted living and healthcare, ensuring compliance in all aspects of nursing care.

Working Conditions: As the Wellness Director, you’ll thrive in a vibrant and caring environment within the community. Physical Demands: This position involves mobility within the facility to oversee care, occasional lifting and assisting with equipment, desk work, extended periods of communication, and the ability to manage stress effectively. While physical demands are part of the role, the primary focus is on leadership and management responsibilities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
