Investment Analyst

A Well Established West Los Angeles investment and development company is seeking a qualified professional who has experience in real estate acquisitions for retail, commercial and residential properties.

Duties and Skills required include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluate potential properties for procurement
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and research skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Good communicator who works well on their own and with others
  • Excellent time-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
