- About the Job
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives part-time or full-time that are outgoing, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. You would be responsible for the following:
Answering the phones.
Greeting customers and collecting payment from customers.
Serves customer by providing all necessary service and product information
Resolves service and product problems
Ensures customer satisfaction and pleasant experience
Make a fast, accurate and consistent products according to standards and procedures.
Keeping the restaurant clean and organized.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Image Standard Policy.
- Requirements
16 years of age
Warm smile and pleasant attitude
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
