Job Description

The primary responsibility of the ESG Sr.  IT Product Analyst is to support Domino’s Pizza in the configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancement of an ESG software product.  This position will be a dedicated IT resource that will work with stakeholders from all business areas to define and document business process and software requirements for technology initiatives including enterprise-wide technology and systems for a global audience.  The Sr. Product Analyst is responsible for communication and collaboration between the business and development team to ensure quality deliverables back to the business. This individual will exercise judgment, apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of the ESG IT system investment. 

Main responsibilities

• Design, Build, Test & deployment of configurations for Net Zero Cloud ESG reporting tool.

• Lead analysis and design sessions with key business stakeholders and facilitate integration discussions between Net Zero Cloud and other data systems.
• Oversee the work of solution architects, business & IT SMEs and developers to understand and assist in the design & implementation of business requirements.
• Collaborate with Net Zero Cloud support in the recommendation of best practice strategies to further streamline the system implementation.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing and issue resolution.
• Plan and lead UAT as needed.

• Collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support testing to achieve business goals.
• Develop test cases and perform internal validation testing for all system changes and integrations.
• Work closely with the technical delivery managers for overall coordination of project activities.
• Facilitate working session to drive and define new requirements or changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant IT product analyst experience.
• ESG reporting analyst experience is a plus.
• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, Salesforce, or another ESG reporting system, is a plus.
• Well-organized, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
• Dynamic and mature personality, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to share your knowledge.
• Broad general IT skills and knowledge (productivity tools, SDLC tools, general industry knowledge).
• Proven track record of process development, systems optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to be hands-on for all technical aspects and configuration, troubleshooting and support.
