We are looking for an Order Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying customer orders, as well as providing customer service and support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to quickly and accurately process orders with minimal errors.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve orders from email, web store, eBay, and Amazon.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and payments.
- Accurately pick/pack orders and create shipping labels.
- Responds promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Mandatory Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-year customer service experience
- PC literate - types 40WPM
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with eBay and Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Experience with ERP software (D365 Business Central, SAP, etc.) a plus
- Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Some mechanical understanding of cars preferred
- Able to handle merchandise (approx. 45-60lbs)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
