The Executive Assistant will tackle a wide-range of tasks including, but not limited to: answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Report directly to leadership staff
- Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Coordinate activities and schedules of office staff with each department
- Maintain contact with customers, employees and vendors
- Assists in monthly closings
Executive Assistant Preferences:
- Previous experience in related position
- Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance
