Title: Forklift Operator

Location: FRESNO, CA

Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm
Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without reasonable accommodation).

• Determines labeling requirements including but not limited to assemble and pack products.
• Proper operation of equipment to safety and productivity requirements, including but not limited to: lift truck, hand trucks, move or hoist materials to appropriate departments or areas.
• Unpacks and examines routes for incoming shipments.
• Demonstrates proper use of safety devices.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and ability to lift150 lbs., with assistance, periodically.
• Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching, and stepping up and down.
• High attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including weekends, holidays, and frequently above 40 hours per week.
• Regular attendance is required to be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Skills, knowledge, and abilities: (these are required to enable the job holder to perform the essential functions of the job).
• Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people.
• Must be able to market Donaghy Sales and explain the mission to the general public.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in a professional manner.
• Must establish and maintain a productive working relationship with supervisors, employees, and co-workers.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse Experience – 1-3 years preferred.
• Forklift experience 3 years minimum.
• RF unit 1 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Forklift Doubles: 2 years (Preferred)
• Forklift: 3 years (Preferred)
