Donaldson's decades of expertise developing and manufacturing products for life science industries has led to our recently created business vertical, Life Sciences; focus on accelerating solution that improve lives through Bioprocessing, Biopharma, Medical Devices, Food & Beverage, Microelectronics and Clean Energy.
We are searching for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support the development of products and manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to drive innovative technology solutions from concept to commercialization.You will be partnering cross-functionally with product design groups, manufacturing centers, and other resources to define product requirements, and ensure manufacturability of new designs.
Your role is required to assure compliance of Company's operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
Role Responsibilities:
- Working on product and process development to lead the design and commercialization of new product for Life Sciences.
- Solving complex technical problems in a hands-on manner, working in a fast-paced environment
- Providing strong leadership and problem solving to enable manufacturing innovation.
- Collaborating & partnering with R&D to develop product concepts, influence design specifications and provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package.
- Works cross functionally to lead, own, develop, & deliver capable and robust processes and equipment to operations.
- Develops experimental strategy and presents technical data and recommendations at technical reviews.
- Develop, write, & review process validation strategy and related deliverables to meet quality system requirements. (e.g., Experiment tech reports, GR&R, TMV, IQ, FMEA's, etc.)
- Contributes ideas to or generates Intellectual Property submissions.
- Coordinate engineering resources to effectively maintain project schedule and costs
- Author equipment specifications for production or proof of concept applications.
TRAVEL: domestically or internationally, up to 20%.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering processes and equipment development.
- Experience deploying equipment under regulatory and quality management systems such as ISO9001 and ISO13485.

Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing process experience gained from applying technologies in a plant environment.
- Experience in solving diverse manufacturing problems such as; wet and dry process, continuous and discrete.
- Knowledge and experience with regulated industries.
- Diversity of experience in applying technology to solve process problems.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
- Worked with and communicate effectively with vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
