Our Law Firm is looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team.

ABOUT YOU:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Family Law
- Capable of following established office procedures accurately and completely
- Willing and able to learn law office-specific software programs quickly, with instruction
- Highly ethical in personal and professional dealings
- A NYS Notary License or able to obtain one immediately
$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Preparation, filing, and service of pleadings
- Meeting with clients to prepare statements of net worth and review documents
- Acting as a liaison among all parties including court and opposing counsel for scheduling and sharing information
- Coordinating the collection, review, and production of documents and responding to discovery requests
- Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness binders, and appendices for depositions and court filings
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Family Law
- Capable of following established office procedures accurately and completely
- Willing and able to learn law office-specific software programs quickly, with instruction
- Highly ethical in personal and professional dealings
- A NYS Notary License or able to obtain one immediately
