This is a chance to get your foot in the door of a law firm that’s on a mission to fight fraud. We have an immediate full-time opportunity for a file clerk. You’ll spend most of your day:
- Downloading and scanning documents and filing them in the firm’s file management system
- Calculating and calendaring deadlines related to those documents. Please note, prior legal experience is not necessary, and if you can follow written instructions, we can train you to do this
- Sending documents to clients when the firm files or receives them
You’ll also back up the receptionist on breaks, sick days, or vacations.

In addition, for this position, the starting pay will be $15.00 per hour, with an opportunity for objective quarterly bonuses if you do your job correctly.

Compensation:$15 - $20 hourly
