At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a NDT Level III to join our team in Quality .
This role will be working Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with some requirements to work an d train people on off shift times.
The Role
This position will Interpret inspection and non-destructive testing codes, standards, specifications and procedures to establish techniques and instructions . Qualify part specific NDT techniques for customer specific parts and specifications . Train, exam and certify Level I and Level II personnel for certification.

Shall be certified to applicable ASNT, NAS and customer requirements in, as a minimum, Radiography, Digital Radiography and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI).
Must display knowledge of relevant Internal Standards.
Support Third Party, Customer and In-house audits and inspections, insuring Root Cause and Corrective Actions are maintained .
Properly record in the electronic production tracking system (EPICOR) the progress and completion of jobs.
Any other duties as assigned by Quality Manager.
The Level III is responsible for certifying and/or revoking certifications . The Level III is also responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in the organization and coordination of NADCAP Weld audit preparation, assessments and closure. It is the sole responsibility of the nominated Level III individual to evaluate the need for any variation in NDT Techniques and to seek the approval of the Type Certificate holder or the primary company before any such change is implemented . This individual wi ll be capable of maintaining effective systems and controls to ensure the implementation of the correct specification and code requirements. This person must be capable of preparing and verifying the adequacy of procedures, techniques, interpreting specifications, codes of practice and designating the particular test method and non-destructive technique to be used.
