Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
- Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management
