- Lead: recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team of hourly Shift Leads, and Operations Associates (30 reports). This position may also lead lower level leaders. As a leader, you are a culture carrier. The tone starts with you.
- Own: As the ultimate owner of outcomes for your site, from first principles, you will own and oversee the day-to-day outcomes of an entire warehouse facility, ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Additionally, as the operational owner, you will be responsible for iterating/driving experimentation to improve processes.
- Strategize: You'll strategize on how best to allocate resources and establish efficient workflows. You'll use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency and then design, build and execute process improvement projects to improve warehouse operations, while optimizing for employee experience.
- Delight Customers: Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure your site offers customers (which include both our Merchant Partners and the end recipients they serve) the best experience on each and every order we touch and provide your team with the tools, resources and support needed to achieve these goals.

- You have 3 years' experience: In Operations, Fulfillment, Last-Mile Logistics, and/or Manufacturing.
- You have flexibility in your schedule. As the leader of the site and the operations, you will need to ensure your team and the site is fully supported, requiring some late night and weekend availability.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
- You have operational experience in logistics and/or Fulfillment Center/Warehousing.
- You have experience leading leaders.
