About the Role
As the Manager of Treasury Operations, you will be part of the treasury ops team for one of the fastest growing companies. You will help grow the treasury operations for domestic and international entities and provide input to the delivery of ongoing daily operation needs.
You will support treasury operations, assisting in the development of banking system integrations, management of daily treasury operational needs, and planning for our international growth. You will improve existing processes to support DoorDash's operations in the areas of governance, project management, knowledge management and transfer, and change management, for Treasury ops control compliance. You will report to the Senior Manager of Treasury Operations.

- Work with accounting team in supporting our monthly close activities for treasury ops and establishing processes and controls
- Help manage our banking relationships for improving our system integration to meet our growing our needs
- Help create the roadmap of our banking system requirements and working with our IT team to ensure development
- Work with our cross-functional teams in supporting the deployment of international locations
- Work with our FP&A team in developing processes to manage the daily cash needs to support business requirements
- Work with our tax team to ensure all intercompany transactions are setup and transfers of balances are managed timely

- 5 years professional experience in treasury ops with progressive experience with fast-growing high-tech companies
- Experience working with senior management;
- Banking system IT knowledge is required;
- Background in a digital payment processing business or similar industry is desirable.
- Knowledge of IT general controls, application controls and how they relate to business processes;
- Understanding of functional linkages and ability to interact and manage cross-functional teams (Operations/Finance) to help create integrated system requirements and provide all departments with control expertise;
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), with Oracle skills a plus;
