Job Information
As a Dealer Support Coordinator, you will support, coordinate, communicate, process, schedule, edit, expedite and resolve problem areas related to orders/dealer needs in order to meet dealer and customer requirements.
Role & Responsibility
- Attend staff/department meetings, and regularly scheduled meetings with external/internal counterparts to keep updated on business conditions and updated processes
- Responsible for processing, scheduling, expediting and updating orders to meet the dealer and customer requirements
- Communicate with external/internal counterparts concerning product availability, change order requests, auto reorder, transfers, delivery, and pricing as well as product support to resolve calls/cases of concern
- Responsible to communicate with internal staff/update daily tools to drive timely responses that directly affect the external customers
- Logistics coordination/communication with internal and external teams on shipment delivery of merchandise, shipment delays, delivery or damage discrepancies, missing product (Notifying the appropriate point of contact to see when it will be loaded/shipped, expected delivery)
- Investigate, document, and authorize the credit needed to process inaccuracies
- Perform other such related or similar duties as may be assigned
- Document calls and emails in salesforce for future resolutions and obtain metrics to modify current processes
- Facilitate the transfer of parts from dealer to dealer to expedite the fulfillment of backorders
- Process credit/debit transactions associated with shipments from dealer to dealer
- Troubleshoot and facilitate the research for parts through the online parts system
- Promote sales growth through Parts promotions via phone and email to dealers
- Proactively communicate shipment failures to dealers and National Accounts
- Align within Region and Factories on continued growth of relationships
- Support Internal Departments on entering consignment orders, discontinued product, price changes/product discrepancies, new product launch
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience Required: 2>5 years
- Travel required: <10%
- Computer skills needed, able to use Microsoft office software
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Strong customer service skills and follow-through necessary
- Troubleshooting/Training experience
- Multitasking experience
- Basic computer skills
