Who is DOPE Marketing?

DOPE Marketing is a software company that built a tool which allows businesses to send postcards, handwritten notes and cookies with no minimum order.

Over the past 3 years years, we have helped over 5000 customers add direct mail and traditional to their multi touch marketing tool belt, with our NEW approach to an OLD way of growing a business.

For years, direct mail has been approached the wrong way. In the past, companies have had to send 1000's of cards and spend 10’s of thousands of dollars to send mail campaigns that “kind of” worked.

Client Service Manager

Client Service managers are incredibly valuable members of our Customer Success Teams (Pods) at DOPE Marketing. The Client Service managers Account Executives with setting up clients accounts, building out campaigns, sending Neighborhood Blitzes, building automations, communicating through design and assisting the Customer Success Team in executing daily tasks for clients of DOPE Marketing.

In this position, you will be;

  • Communicating with Account Executives to start, build and complete projects for clients of DOPE
  • Communicating with the DOPE Intake team to get new clients of DOPE started on their accounts
  • Working with, managing and delegating tasks to the Product Specialist team at DOPE
  • Assisting client's in the day to day of using their account and leveraging their partnership with DOPE Marketing

This position is perfect for someone with strengths in marketing, communication and technology, with a desire to get in on the ground floor of a growing and fast paced tech start up here in the Twin Cities

Experience/Requirements/Qualifications:

This is an entry-level or junior position prefect for recent college grads, professionals looking for a new career or applicants looking to be a part of a fast paced start-up environment

Experience and/or training with Communications, Marketing and SaaS

Experience with Hubspot/Salesforce is a huge plus.

If you do not have the experience, but have shown skills to do the job, training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

  • Experience in home service or local business; hundreds of our clients own local businesses. The more familiar you are with communicating with local businesses or B2B, the better.
  • Relevant industry experience in online retail, social commerce and/or inventory management is a plus

About Us

DOPE Marketing is a fast-growing startup that is making real revenue by making it easy for companies to use direct mail to help gain new business and improve relationships with past clients.

We pride ourselves on strong communication. You will go through 2 weeks of onboarding and training to show you exactly what our clients need to support their new accounts and set up their automations. You will be trained on Hubspot, Zapier, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite.

Training and Expectations for this role

DOPE Marketing prides itself on communication. You will go through 3 weeks of onboarding and training to get you acclimated with the Print products we offer, DOPE 2.0 software, HubSpot and the other internal systems used at DOPE.

Our tech stack includes; HubSpot, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite.

Summary

The Client Service manager role is an essential part of the Customer Success Team at DOPE Marketing.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
