We are an LA based accounting firm looking for a responsible Tax Administrator to provide support to our fast pace tax department. The Administrator should be highly organized, able to multitask and work overtime during tax season. Our ideal candidate has experience working at a CPA office.
Responsibilities
- Process, assemble and e-file tax returns
- Maintain, organize and update data on internal databases
- Tax engagement letter preparation and tracking
- Install software updates
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Distribute mail
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Must be available to work in office 8:30AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Tech savvy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Team player
- Experience as a Tax Administrator at a CPA office, but not required
