Doris Italian Market & Bakery has proudly served generations of families in South Florida since 1947. Beginning as a small mom and pop meat market and deli, Doris Italian Market has evolved into South Florida’s premier specialty supermarket in Pembroke Pines, Sunrise, Coral Springs, Boca Raton and North Palm Beach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Properly prepare/make-up muffins, cakes, biscuits, breads, rolls, Danish, pies and cookies and other pastries
- Shape or mold doughs for assorted pastries, breads, cookies, pies using rollers, cookie cutters
- Cut and weigh various doughs into uniform portions using knives, cutters, dividers and digital scales. Molds dough into loaves or other shapes, placed in or on pans for proofing and baking.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience baking
- Must have reliable transportation
- MUST be able to work early morning hours
