Purpose of Position: The Video Teller is responsible for processing member transactions with a high quality of service.  This includes performing transactions and providing information accurately, professionally, quickly and efficiently via Video Teller Machines (VTM).  The Video Teller is also responsible for answering member inquiries and assisting them in understanding and utilizing credit union products and services.

Minimum Formal Education: High School Graduate.

Required Experience: Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, Face Time, Video Conferencing) and using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) preferred.

• Must be bondable.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that transcend a video/electronic face to face environment. Must be comfortable with being always on camera, as members will see the Video Teller via video transmission from the VTM. 
• Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite as well and 10-key and alphanumeric data entry.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to multi-task: Video Tellers will be required to use 2-3 software programs concurrently to complete a transaction.
• Strong listening skills.
