Warehouse Trainer

Your Role: Provides on-the-job warehouse training for new employees and current employees and provides training on safety and other key job functions within the warehouse.

• Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
• Works with floor supervision in coordinating floor activity.
• Executes work under direct supervision 25% of the time.
• Works independently setting work schedule priorities 75% of the time.
• Trains assigned warehouse floor workers.

Role Specifics:

• Schedule: Full-time (Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-4:30am); Some variance will occur depending on current training needs.
• Trains assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, and safely use warehouse management systems along with equipment and supplies.
• Travel: Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
• Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures
• Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel.
• Evaluates performance or assigned personnel.

We Need You To Have:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• Work overnights
• Work overtime

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior success in a leadership or training role
• Strong communication skills
