Assistant General Manager

Location: Montgomery, AL, 36104

Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing staff and ensuring they are properly trained
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and concerns
  • Oversee the financial operations of the business, including managing budgets and financial records
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
