Front Desk Agent

We are seeking people-oriented, passionate Front Desk Agents to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton Detroit-Dearborn

Job Requirements:

  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Cool, calm, and collected under pressure
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and respond to guest requests
  • Self-starter and efficiently complete work
  • Open availability to work varying schedules and shifts based on business demands

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in/out process
  • Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls appropriately
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
