As a Sales Account Executive, you are an important key to the hotel's success. You will develop and foster hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, and tours of the hotel for both guest rooms and event space. The Sales Account Executive is a designated outside sales role, spending at least 50% of your time out of office conducting sales calls.
Generate and manage accounts to solicit both new and repeat business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded | Work with 3rd party booking sites, The Hotel Group revenue management team and city convention centers for maximization of key city-wide events | Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients | Evaluating and creating marketing plans, actions plans and working with revenue and sales goals
Consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging service to internal and external customers | Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required | Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities | Sales experience required | Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a facility to learn other industry specific applications
