Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Duties:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Monitor and manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest services
- Oversee the operation of phone systems, ensuring calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and financial transactions related to the front office
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong hospitality background with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software/systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
