The DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown is seeking a highly enthusiastic food and beverage professional to join our team as a Dishwasher/Prep! This position offers a fun and exciting opportunity to work with a "service first" company with future growth opportunities. The DoubleTree is ideally located in downtown Asheville and is a contemporary rustic speak easy offering seasonally driven craft cocktails and a locally inspired small plate menu. Guests can breathe in the fresh mountain air while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Bar Backs will provide efficient, friendly customer service for all guests and customers in and around the hotel. Servers will take food and drink orders, assist with guest/customer inquiries, and assist with preparing tables as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years Upscale Casual or Fine Dining Experience.
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
