What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Captain position at DoubleTree by Hilton?
The Doubletree by Hilton North Charleston Convention Center is seeking full-time Banquet Captain/Server.
Qualified candidates must have open availability, be dependable, have reliable transportation, be neat and organized and has at least 2 years of events/serving experience.

As an event Banquet Captain/server you will coordinate with management to ensure that event space rooms are set-up based on client's needs. You will also serve the events, doing things such as: making sure buffets are set-up based on event needs, make sure food goes out on time, clearing plates, cleaning up room after events, etc. During any down time, we will ensure you have serving shifts in the restaurant to meet your full-time hours.
Banquet Captain/ servers are tipped out based on gratuities from the events and any rooms you set up plus a portion of all events.
$10-$13/hour plus gratuities and set up fees.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
