Prerequisites * Ability to work standard community hours. * A professional image and attitude. Key Duties * Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint surfaces. * Tape, repair, and apply texturing on a variety of surfaces. * Operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment (i.e. brush, roll, sprayer, pumps, etc.) * Use ladders as necessary and safely. Essential Functions * Understand OSHA standards and comply with Hotel safety policies at all times. * Physical Demands * Regularly required to stand. * Ability to climb stairs, walk, and balance is frequently needed. * Sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl is frequently needed. * Push or pull to move equipment, open and close doors, etc. * Climb ladders to perform paint work. * Grasping/gripping/turning to operate tools/equipment. * Ability to taste or smell is frequently needed. * Reaching above the shoulders frequently needed. * Finger dexterity to operate tools frequently needed. * Lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. occasionally needed. * Constant need for vision in small detail, beyond arm’s reach, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
