The autobody team at White Sands Collision in White Oak TX is looking for an experienced, reliable, organized, structured, motivated, and personable bookkeeper.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Entering and validating customer invoices in Quickbooks
  • Process and record payments in Quickbooks
  • Process / batch credit card payments
  • Provide accounts receivable reports and assist with collection calls
  • Accounts Payable
  • Enter or transfer all vendor bills (RO and non-RO related) in Quickbooks
  • Match vendor credits (from vendor statements and/or credit memos) with signed return slips and enter in Quickbooks
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain all hardcopy and electronic records in an organized and logical filing system
