Prominent Real Estate office seeks a Full Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant for all administrative functions pertaining to Real Estate sales and all facets of office operations: Assist Agents as needed: getting new listings in MLS, presentation booklets, etc.. Prepare memos of agreement and commission invoices, upload documents and listing photographs to OneDrive and MLS, create postcards and brochures using 3rd party provider, light accounting, answer telephone, filing, maintain office supplies, ensure smooth operation/maintenance of office.
2 years Admin experience required.
Real Estate experience preferred.
HGMLS experience helpful.
