Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Conyers, GA

What we’re looking for:

The Account Coordinator for refrigeration applications will be a key role in growing our presence in the refrigeration market. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams and internal teams to initiate front-end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. This is not a call center position.

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• New Customer Set-Up - gather appropriate information and work with our offshore facility to set up new customers quickly and accurately
• Invoicing / Payments - create pre-payment invoices and collaborate with finance team to collect payments to facilitate cash-in-advance transactions
• Purchase Orders - work with customers and sales team to secure purchase orders in a timely manner (including amendments for order changes / revisions)
• Order Tracking - provide status updates to customers and sales teams on orders in backlog
• In-coming customer requests - monitor central mailboxes and repositories for in-coming customer requests, collaborating with internal parties to secure accurate and timely responses
• Title transfers - work with customers and sales teams to generate and execute title transfer documentation
• Customer Documentation / Systems - provide updates to order information on customer 3rd party tracking logs and inquiries
• Quote / Order Set-Up - ensure opportunities are created in SalesForce, collect all documentation needed for quoting activity and create sales headers for orders that need to be configured / entered. Flip quotes into orders as necessary
• Reporting - gather necessary information to update daily management / weekly KPI bowlers
• Other duties as assigned

What are the basic qualifications?

• 
  High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 2 years of customer service experience

What are the preferred qualifications?

• 
  Refrigeration/HVAC experience
