For startups, this is essentially a recruiting-department-in-a-box they can plug in to immediately uplevel their recruiting. With larger companies, we work alongside individual hiring managers to provide them with a miniature personal recruiting department. Our big realization was that recruiting is really 10% strategic work and 90% administrative work — we've built a product that helps hiring teams with the 10% strategic work while automating the 90% of tedious work in a white-glove, high-touch way to create an amazing candidate experience. But since our product is totally white-labeled, to candidates it looks like the client company is really on top of their hiring process.
