What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Floor Technician position at Dow Building Services?
Full time position Monday to Friday from 5:30pm till 2 am with potential overtime
Responsible for general commercial building maintenance, including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, buffing floors, dusting, cleaning and restocking break rooms and restrooms, cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls and partitions, pulling trash, etc.
Floor tech duties
- Must be reliable and flexible with shift
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Must be punctual
- -Must be able to work independently as well as work as a team member
- Must be driven and have solid work ethic
- Must have pride in personal appearance and work assignment
- Must be able to follow directions (both written and oral)
- Must have good verbal communication skills
