Downeast Cider is the #1 craft hard cider brand in New England and #2 hard cider in the country. Our first batches of unfiltered cider were fermented in the dorms of Bates College, Maine. We're now a team of 100, with new roles opening across all departments.
We produce, package, and ship our products at the cider house in East Boston, which is also the location of our office, taproom, and seasonal outdoor bar.

Taproom Coordinator
If you’re interested in bartending in a brand new pop up, outdoors, in the summer, surrounded by cool people, then you should apply for this job.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and ship online orders in a timely fashion
- Professionally answer shop emails in a timely fashion
- Accurately report inventory on Vinoshipper and Shopify for merch and cider
- Work closely with Taproom General Manager to update and maintain the website as needed
- Make everyone's experience one they won't forget - we really mean it
- Ensuring that the taproom space is kept clean and organized
Must haves:
- Must be 21
- Must be available ~35-40 hours per week
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet and offer creative solutions
- Website development, management, and maintenance background strongly recommended
- Graphic design experience is a bonus
