The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the financial reports and drives continuous improvements with the staff to maintain profitability for the facility. This role also works to perpetuate exceptional communication between the branch staff and representatives in the corporate office.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee day to day activities of their respective branch
• Read, analyze, and interpret monthly reports from the finance department reflecting branch performance
• Coordinate with sales team, shop, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure customer demands are met
• Ensure the branch is meeting all goals and maintains profitability
• Communicate with all staff members to ensure that everyone understand respective roles and responsibilities
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
• Identify and resolve client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive company safety culture by ensuring that all employees follow safety procedures
• Ensure accuracy of billing, inventory, and sales
• Follow all company processes, including but not limited to, quality, inventory, billing, field nonconformance reporting, etc.
• Occasional daily travel throughout the basin and possible travel to corporate office
• Other duties as assigned

Required and Preferred Abilities:

• Supervisory principles, practices, and techniques
• Understand the company business and products
• Wellhead and valve repair
• Profit & Loss statement
• Blueprints or detail machine drawings
• Read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions
• Professional verbal and written skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for past three years

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Primarily work in an office environment but will spend time in the shop environment and may periodically visit oil and gas sites
• Exposed to moderate and loud noise

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of related job experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience
