Downs & St. Germain Research is a full-service market research firm located in Tallahassee, Florida. Serving clients since 1981, Downs & St. Germain Research specializes in developing tourism marketing and strategic recommendations from survey results and focus groups. Our research is built upon the data collected from surveying tourists to destinations, which is analyzed to generate insightful information surrounding the economic impact of tourism to the area in addition to other key tourism findings. This would not be possible without our team of excellent on-site interviewers conducting these surveys.

We are a full-service market research firm, looking to appoint a confident and friendly Market Researcher to conduct in-person surveys with tourists in public areas around Jacksonville, FL.

The key skills and qualities of a Market Researcher are:

● Have an interest in the tourism industry

● Confident, Friendly, outgoing, professional and Reliable

● Self-motivated.

Requirements:

● The research areas that would need to be covered for this role are around Jacksonville, FL.

● Sales and/or Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

● US work authorization (Preferred)

The key responsibilities of a Market Researcher:

● Perform in-person surveys using a company provided iPad in public areas around Jacksonville, FL.

● Provide insight to the business to provide value to the wider tourism industry.

● Be professional and friendly at all times when conducting the surveys.

Benefits:

● $21 per hour

● gas stipend for travelling to the various areas

Pay: $21.00 per hour
