WILLLING TO TRAIN / NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

T Shirt Print shop in Los Angeles (Near Crypto Arena) looking for someone BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) to help us from 11:30am to 5:30pm. Some days 9:30-5:30pm. We are looking for someone with people skills who loves to talk to clients! If you love graphic design, screen printing, dtg printing, and sticker printing then this the perfect position!

We are located in Downtown Los Angeles, and free parking is included. We have convenient parking in the back of our shop. MUST BE ORGANIZED. The right candidate will keep our front office organized as we constantly get shirts coming in from customers.

Typical day

- Greet clients as they walk in,
- Assist with taking their orders
-Take payments
-Prep orders for staff
-Organize orders ready for pickup
-Take videos of staff and team for social media
-Prepare shipments for UPS, Etsy
-Answer Phones

We get about 10-15 walk-in customers a day who mostly ask questions. We would love someone who is able to make customers feel welcome. The ideal person is proactive with an eye for details in order to help us avoid problems with customer's orders.

MUST speak Spanish. The right candidate will be making sure all of our projects get done on time. This means coordinating with the production team. customer service, vendors, and helping out by printing when needed.

We are also starting a Youtube channel, so we want to hire someone that does not mind being in some of the content we create to promote our channel.

Someone also with knowledge of Instagram and youtube advertising is a PLUS.

Job requirement:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Excellent computer skills
  • An organized mind
  • Must be able to communicate and assist difficult/displeased clients
  • Ability to deal Calmly and professionally handles difficult/displeased clients and provide timely feedback to management regarding clients' concerns
  • Team player (must be able to get along with coworkers) ***VERY IMPORTANT***
  • Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Must be able to follow instructions and policy
  • Excellent customer service skills (professional, friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills

****Must speak English and Spanish fluently*****

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $16 - $18
