The Project Manager Associate (PMA) is educated and experienced in construction project management processes for various types of construction. The PMA is skilled in communicating and maintaining customer and subcontractor relationships. The position directly performs project management activities for multiple or less complex projects through facilitating the execution of key project management processes, being responsible for monitoring and maintaining key project deliverables, and providing training and support to project team members in the use and application of project management methodology, templates, and tools. The PMA takes direction and guidance from senior managers and independently manages tasks, schedules, and assignments as they are given.
The PMA will collaborate with direct supervisor during construction activities and be able to interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare construction schedules, subcontracts, submittals, work plans, and administrative plans; prepare, maintain, and manage daily and periodic project documentation.
Position may be eligible for hybrid work schedule.

SALARY RANGE: $65,000 – $85,000
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The employee is subject to varied environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside. The majority of the work is performed in a jobsite office and professional office setting; however regular and frequent activities must be performed at a project jobsite. All activities require interfacing with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities, as well as with both professional and non-professional backgrounds.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to forty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Travel required.
