Duties:
- Perform a variety of tasks related to civil construction and labor work
- Assist with grade, installation of utilities, operation of equipment, and manual labor.
- Use hand tools and power tools as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience:
- Prior experience in construction or related field is required.
- Familiarity with various construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans is a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
