Administrative Assistant in a Mall Office Setting
Duties:
- Be present in office to handle day-to-day activity
- Print email for review; take dictated replies; screen for key messages
- Screen phone calls & mail
- Assist in daily operation of the Mall
- Assist in administrative/accounting duties
- Maintain organization of tasks, files, office, etc.
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Be the liaison between maintenance staff, operations, and property manager
- Implement standards and procedures in accordance with established objectives
- Record keeping
Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and office equipment
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills and efficiency
- Ability to work independently & take directions
- Basic math skills
- Qualifications: 1 years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service environment is preferred.
